Day rent covers rent from morning to evening. If you arrive or leave outside of normal working hours, kl. 09-17, you must send a text message to Hannah on 977 36 776 for her to turn the alarm on/off remotely.
Key cards can be picked up before admission day, if you start before noon. 09, after kl. 17, or has admission on a weekend/holiday. When you are done with the recording day, key cards can be left on the table in the control room, the room next to the studio with all the windows into the studio.
Equipment; what we have available in the studio is included. in the studio rental, see the equipment list for reference. You also have access to the control room, make-up room and drive gate. And there is a parking space right outside the studio that can be reserved, space 207. Remember to notify the studio manager when you book the studio if you want parking.
Props storage and set wall storage are also available in the garage outside the studio. Here you can borrow items, but please return them after use and let us know if anything is damaged.
Green screen floor; should you wish to use the green screen floor, there will be a cost to repaint this green, unless you manage not to make marks in the floor. ATTENTION. The green floor is very fragile and quickly becomes marked if you wear shoes (even dusty indoor shoes). Recommend wearing blue plastic socks for anyone who is not in front of the camera. Possibly. that you have blankets around where you are filming and under the tripod.
Paper roll; should you wish to use a paper roll, there is an additional fee of SEK 1500 per roll. Roll on the slide. Paper rolls are easily damaged when they are rolled in and out, and they are often stepped on and need to be replaced. Please let us know how many rolls you use and preferably the location of these. If several are rented, the price is based on how much is used.
You must provide your own catering, but we have a coffee maker in the control room that can be used. It is also possible to order delivery of large coffee pots and lunch/dinner from Alice Catering, which is located at the house, see separate menu. There are also many takeaway places nearby where you can order food to be delivered directly to your studio.
Network; the studio has its own line that goes into the studio, which you can connect to with a cable. This has been used at a number of major livestreaming events. In addition, you can connect to Wifi; username: Clockwork password: kundenharalltidnett
It is also possible to connect a camera in the studio to HDMI so that what is shown on the camera can be seen both on the TV screen in the control room and on the big screen in the ping-pong room by the main entrance.
